Valarie has delivered speeches for audiences of all sizes from twenty-five to over three thousand.   She has the ability to connect with her audiences, regardless of the size.  Valarie was a national keynote speaker for Speaking of Women’s Health in 2008 and received outstanding evaluations in all of her cities.  She has been characterized as being “smart and sassy”.

Known for her passion and energy, Valarie has worked with companies in many industries including health care, pharmaceutical, government, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, technology and finance.  Valarie has worked with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. She can go from the factory floor to the board room.

Her mission is to guide and provoke organizations to optimize business results through leadership development.  She has touched thousands of participants in helping them to become better leaders and has inspired thousands through her thought provoking and inspiring speeches.

Her belief is that each individual can achieve their fullest potential given the tools and opportunity. Throughout her 20 plus year work history, Valarie has assumed critical management, leadership and consulting roles of significant scope. She has led a major merger and acquisition for one of her previous companies, was director of sales and operations, and director of information technology.  Valarie was the Managing Director of Client Services for a major consulting firm and is a known change catalyst and innovation specialist.
